Since its inception in 2008, CTN has grown its scope from a few partners in San Francisco to over 70 partners nationally. Our partners are housing developments, senior centers, recreation centers, libraries, workforce development, and social service agencies. The common factor among all our partners is they are trusted places where people go for services and support.

If you work directly with adults and seniors struggling on the other side of the digital divide, we’re here to help. We provide training for trainers, curriculum development and translation, program management, and evaluation support. CTN has a deep knowledge of creating digital equity and we welcome the opportunity to partner with agencies across the country.

Training for Trainers

Let CTN help your staff and volunteers get up to speed on understanding the digital divide and the training techniques best suited for adult learners new to using the internet. Participants receive access to online training with links to video clips of actual training sessions and access to a live session with a lead CTN trainer to address questions.

Curriculum & Licensing

Adults and seniors new to using the internet need more than a link to a training video to help them become independent and safe users. CTN has training material for a range of devices and languages including English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Tagalog. The material can be utilized for online or in person training and includes a learner booklet, in-class activities, and homework assignments.

Program Management

Implementing a digital inclusion program requires much more than a curriculum and a trained trainer. Partnering with CTN means receiving the support and access to a community of practice to assist with administrative tasks such as client intake, program reporting, understanding internet connectivity options, device set-up, and distribution, and evaluation.
