The second annual Digital Leaders Awards is happening on May 10 at Twitter HQ in San Francisco. It will bring together prominent community and business leaders to celebrate the people and organizations that work hard every day to promote digital inclusion.
If you know a person, organization, funder, or company doing exemplary work to close the digital divide in San Francisco, nominate them for an award today! Perhaps this individual or company is offering free computer classes for seniors, supporting youth interested in a career in technology, or perhaps providing financial or in-kind support to make services like this possible.
Nominations close on March 31, 2017.
Here is a link to the nomination form where you can nominate a person or entity in one or all of the categories listed below. All nominees must be doing work in the City & County of San Francisco.
Digital Champion Award: This award acknowledges the dedication of individuals whose work supports digital inclusion. Nominees must be paid employees of a nonprofit, a for-profit business, or government agency and must have 3 or more years of experience working on digital inclusion activities.
